Thursdays from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

6/11, 6/13, 6/18, 6/20, 7/9, 7/11, 7/16, 7/18

*June 25 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (team placement notification day)

          *June 27 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (choose jersey numbers) 

*July 11th Scrimmage vs. East Coweta 5 FR / 6 JV / 7 V       ​

 

Summer 2024 Weight Training

Location: SMHS Weight Room

 

Mondays from 10 AM - 11 AM

Wednesdays from 11:30 AM- 12:30 PM

 

June 17 (Mon), 19 (Wed), 24 (Mon), 26 (Wed)

July 8 (Mon), 10 (Wed), 15 (Mon), 17 (Wed)

August 5th - First official day of practice (4:00pm - 6:00pm) and fall tryout day for anyone who moved in over the summer, or missed the spring tryout with an excused absence.
